HISTORY
The idea for The Speedfreaks Ball had been lurking at the back of my mind for about ten years, I’d noticed at gigs that there was always a crossover audience - punks and skins at psychobilly gigs and vice versa.
So when I was approached by a venue to run an alternative music weekender, I decided ‘’ok lets do it’’ and the gig surpassed my expectations. It was simply a brilliant weekend, great bands, fantastic music and a brilliant atmosphere, no hassle just people enjoying themselves.
My goal, now is to make The Speedfreaks Ball the number one alternative music event in Europe.
